Fabianne was director and creator of the Thypin Oltchick Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship for almost 10 years. The institute served 8,000 clients, who opened 1,000 businesses generating 2,500 jobs through mentorship, instruction and advocacy. She also is chair of Fabianne Gershon Associates, Inc. a global provider for international companies and stock exchanges projecting their accomplishments, growth, acquisition and branding strategies to their audiences. Clients included Lehman Brothers/American Express, Institutional Capital (New York Life), PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Norfolk Southern Railroad Company, Australian Stock Exchange, CoreStates Financial (Wells Fargo), Northwest Airlines, international companies, and their chief executive officers. Fabianne worked with not-for-profits, branding philanthropies with missions, partnering donors with non-profits. Previously over 20 years, she was the managing director of communications, investor relations, and marketing for Blyth Eastman Dillon (PaineWebber), Morgan Stanley and Bear Stearns.
